These Terms are a contract between you and LilBuz AI, a Wyoming LLC. By creating an account or using LilBuz, you agree to them. If you don't agree, don't use the service.
2.1 What LilBuz provides
LilBuz is an AI-agent workspace for designing, building, and shipping web apps and websites. Features include AI code generation, a code editor and terminal, a project database, integrations, and deployment to third-party hosts. Features may change as the product evolves.
2.2 Eligibility & accounts
You must be at least 13 years old (or older where your local law requires) and old enough to form a binding contract in your jurisdiction. You're responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your account. Keep your login secure and notify us of any unauthorized use.
2.3 Pricing - currently free
LilBuz is free to use right now. We have not introduced paid plans. If we add paid plans in the future, we'll give reasonable notice and you'll always be able to export your projects. Team and enterprise arrangements are handled separately - contact sales@lilbuz.ai.
2.4 Your content and ownership
- You own your projects. Your ideas, code, files, and data are yours. We claim no ownership of what you build.
- License to operate. You grant us only the limited license needed to run the service for you - e.g. processing your prompts and project context through AI providers, storing your account data, and performing integration/deploy actions you request.
- Export & portability. You can export your projects (ZIP) and sync to your own GitHub at any time. No lock-in.
2.5 Acceptable use
You agree not to use LilBuz to: break the law; infringe others' intellectual property or privacy; build or distribute malware, spam, or phishing; attempt to disrupt, reverse-engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the service; or abuse the AI features (e.g. to generate illegal content). We may suspend accounts that violate these rules.
2.6 Third-party services
LilBuz connects to services you choose (GitHub, Stripe, Supabase, Netlify, Vercel, AWS, Figma, AI providers, etc.). Your use of those services is governed by their terms. We're not responsible for third-party services, and your deployments to external hosts are between you and that host.
2.7 AI output disclaimer
The agent generates code and content automatically. You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and deciding whether to use AI output. AI can make mistakes or produce insecure or incorrect code. LilBuz does not guarantee that generated output is correct, secure, non-infringing, or fit for any particular purpose.
2.8 Service availability
We work to keep LilBuz reliable but provide it "as is" and "as available." We don't guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, and we may change, suspend, or discontinue features.
2.9 Disclaimers & limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, LilBuz is provided "as is" and "as available," and we disclaim all implied warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. To the maximum extent permitted by law, LilBuz and its members will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, or revenue. Our total aggregate liability for any claim arising out of or relating to LilBuz will not exceed the greater of (a) the total amount you paid us in the twelve months before the claim or (b) US $100.
2.10 Termination
You may stop using LilBuz and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or the law. Your locally stored projects remain on your device.
2.11 Governing law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, USA, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules. You agree that any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or LilBuz will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Wyoming, and you consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts.
2.12 Changes & contact
We may update these Terms and will revise the "Effective date." Continued use after changes means you accept them. Questions: support@lilbuz.ai.
